01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by arai33 at arai33.lat (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of arai33 following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use arai33's services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. arai33 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable in Malaysia.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of arai33 or any of its associated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, restricted, or closed by arai33 for violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on arai33. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your registered personal details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify arai33 support immediately at [email protected]. arai33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

arai33 reserves the right to carry out periodic identity verification checks. You agree to provide any documentation requested in a timely manner. Accounts that cannot be verified may have transactions suspended pending completion of the verification process.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on arai33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local and regional payment methods to serve players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, and beyond, including:

• Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong online banking via FPX.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow QR.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your arai33 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method belonging to the registered account holder. arai33 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, though this may vary depending on your payment provider.

Currency Conversion: arai33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

arai33 offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the specified eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game type restrictions, or time-limited claim windows.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
• arai33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without notice.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account termination.

06 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

arai33 operates a range of products including sports betting (football, Malaysia Super League, EPL, UFC, tennis, and more), live casino games, slots, Sic Bo, and other gaming verticals. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. arai33 is not obligated to reverse a confirmed bet due to player error, including incorrect selections or stake amounts.
• arai33 reserves the right to void bets or games in the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that materially affects the integrity of the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• arai33 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected advantage play or irregular betting patterns.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on-screen and the result recorded on arai33's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the arai33 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using arai33 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including soft play in poker-style games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Filing illegitimate payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider in respect of genuine transactions on arai33.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, probe, or tamper with arai33's systems, servers, or software in any unauthorised manner.

arai33 employs advanced fraud detection technology and cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies to identify and act on suspicious activity.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the arai33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, icons, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of arai33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from arai33.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or labels on any content.

Any unauthorised use of arai33's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arai33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses resulting from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform's availability or performance.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain security of your credentials.
• Any bet or game outcome, whether favourable or otherwise.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, software suppliers, or data feed providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit arai33's liability for death or personal injury arising from gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. arai33 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

arai33 is committed to protecting your personal data. The manner in which we collect, store, use, and share your information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

arai33 takes its commitment to responsible gambling seriously. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most, can become harmful for some individuals. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you can play in a single session.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

arai33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring us to do so.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements, and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and compliance checks.

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules.

13 Amendments to These Terms

arai33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which arai33 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact arai33's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. arai33 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body designated by arai33. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
